Neon glitter gradient (+ BPS Liquid Peel Off Tape Review)

(Eftersom recensionen är ganska text- och bildtung så kör jag den enbart på engelska idag, hoppas mina svenska läsare är ok med detta!)

Hi! Today I've got some nail art to show you. I've been sent this liquid peel off tape for review from Born Pretty Store, so I thought I'd show you one of the manicures I used it for a while back. It comes in a 15ml bottle (shown below) and it is applied with a brush.

For this manicure, I started out with two coats of KIKO 336, an electric blue creme. Then I applied the peel off tape around my cuticles and allowed it to dry. After that, I started sponging on Salon Perfect - Shocked, which consists of blue and neon pink matte microglitters, around the base of my nails, creating a gradient effect towards the tip.

Once that was done, I used tweezers to remove the tape, taking all the excess glitter with it. Here's what it looked like once I had removed the tape from one finger. Some slight residue left around my cuticles, but that was easily taken care of with a brush dipped in polish remover.

And here's the final result, after some minor cleanup and some top coat! Not the best quality of the photos though. Perhaps I should have used a lighter base colour, since the glitters were a little sheer (you can see how they popped much more against the liquid tape than the base colour), but all in all I was happy with it.

Some thoughts about the liquid peel off tape then. It's the first product of this type that I've used, so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but I thought it worked fairly well on me and it definitely made the cleanup after a manicure like this one a lot easier. However, if you have dry skin I would recommending applying some kind of lotion or cuticle cream first, otherwise I found the tape to be a bit hard to remove at times. It also has a quite strong scent, so if you're sensitive perhaps you should try a different one. It did not bother me very much, however.

Celestial Cosmetics - Fae de Aqua

Hej på er! Tänkte visa ett lack som legat i arkivet ett tag idag, Fae de Aqua från Celestial Cosmetics. Det är mitt första och hittills enda Celestial-lack, men troligen inte det sista! Detta släpptes med kollektionen Land of Fae våren 2015 och är ett trevligt lack med multikroma tendenser. Basen är blåaktig, och ovanpå det finns ett vackert skimmer som skiftar mellan smaragdgrönt, turkost och blått. Där finns även silverflakes som syns i svagare ljus, i starkare ljus tar skimret över.

Lättmålat med bra täckning, jag har två lager här. Värt att notera är att min kamera fångade det som ganska blått överlag, jag upplevde att det oftast såg grönt ut i verkligheten. Men fint är det i alla fall!

Hi! Today I'm going to show you a polish that I wore several months ago. Fae de Aqua from Celestial Cosmetics is my first and so far only Celestial polish, but probably not the last! It was released with the Land of Fae collection in the spring of 2015, and it's a nice polish with a multichrome effect. The base looks blue, and on top of that there's a beautiful shimmer that shifts from emerald green to turquoise and blue. There are also some silver flakes in there which are visible in lower lighting, but these get drowned out by the shimmer in stronger light.

The formula is good, and covers nicely in two coats. It's worth noting that in real life, I perceived this one as looking more green than what my camera captured in photos, here it looks a little bit too blue overall. But it's a pretty polish!

Color Club - Meet Me At The Rink

Idag deltar jag på Blå Måndag med en dagsfärsk manikyr, inte alltid det händer! Jag ville trotsa det gråmulna vädret som hängt över oss ett bra tag nu, och valde en glad och härlig pastellblå vid namn Meet Me At The Rink från Color Clubs Poptastic Pastel Neon-kollektion från förra året. Om det finns några neonkvaliteter i detta är tveksamt, men det är nog lite färgstarkare än de flesta pastellblå i min samling ändå. Och precis som många pasteller så är detta inte superbra i formulan, det är tunt och rinnigt och blir även ganska strimmigt på naglarna, men jämnade ut sig rätt bra på tre lager vilket är vad jag har här. I alla fall en färg jag blir glad av i väntan på vårvärmen! Hälsa på min namne Emelie idag för mera blått! :)

Today I'm joining Blue Monday with a very fresh manicure (it's on my nails as I speak write) which doesn't happen very often. I wanted to wear something bright and happy to counteract the grey weather we've been having for the past week, so I chose the pastel blue Meet Me At The Rink from Color Club's Poptastic Pastel Neon collection from last year. I wouldn't call this a neon, but I think it's a little brighter than the other pastel blues in my collection. And just like many other pastels, this one does not have a very good formula. It's thin and runny, and becomes rather patchy on the nails, but evens out pretty nicely on the third coat. This colour makes me a little happier while I'm waiting for spring to arrive! Depend - O2 456



Hej på er! Jag hoppas ni står ut med att det är lite glesare mellan uppdateringarna nuförtiden. Jag är lite sådan att jag liksom uppslukas helt och hållet av ett intresse åt gången och då får övriga saker gå på sparlåga. Just nu är jag inne i en spelperiod och har även återupptagit mitt skrivande en del. Jag skrev mycket noveller och så när jag var yngre men det kom av sig, men plötsligt infann inspirationen sig, så jag passar på, men då finns inte så mycket tid till annat då jobbet och livet tar upp en hel del tid det med. :)

Hur som helst, nog om detta och åter till lack som förmodligen är det ni kom hit för, idag blir det ännu ett från Depends höstkollektion. Det är mycket Depend nu, jag vet, men jag köpte på mig en hel del lack från detta släpp och jag har inte hunnit mata ut inläggen med dem ännu, pga. anledningen ovan. Jag hade rätt höga förväntningar på det här lacket, men jag tyckte inte riktigt det levererade. Nr 456 från O2-kollektionen är i alla fall ett mörkt, mörkt blått lack, så mörkt att det oftast ser svart ut, fullproppat med grovt guldskimmer/-glitter. Lite rinnigt i formulan men rätt okej ändå, det täckte på två lager. Glittret i det gör att det blev lite skrovligt, så topplack är att rekommendera, här visar jag dock det i en swatch utan.

Nu hoppas jag ni får en bra fredag! Jag ska på bio och kolla The Revenant, kul att Leo äntligen fick sin Oscar!

Hi! Sorry for not posting very often these days. I'm the kind of person who gets all engulfed in one interest at a time, and then my other interests and hobbies run on a low flame for some time. Right now I'm in a gaming period, and I also picked up my writing again. I used to write a lot when I was younger, short stories and the like, but then I kind of lost interest. I found myself feeling inspired again now, so I will try to make the most of it while I can, but then there's not much time left for nails as work and life require quite a few of my hours each day. :)

Anyway, enough about that, you're here for nail polish, right? Today I'm showing you yet another one from Depend's fall collection from 2015. It's a lot of Depend polishes here now, I know, but I bought a lot of polishes from this release and I haven't been able to post all of them yet, due to the reasons mentioned above. This is number 456 from the O2 collection, a very dark blue, so dark it looks black most of the time, filled with coarse golden shimmer/glitter. It's a little bit runny, but okay to use, and covered in two coats. The glitter makes the surface less smooth, so I recommend a top coat for this one.

OPI - Give Me Space

Idag hoppar jag in på Blå Måndag med väldigt färska bilder, har faktiskt det här lacket på naglarna i skrivande stund. Jag börjar snart ha testat färdigt alla lack jag köpte ur OPIs Starlight-kollektion, och som vanligt blir det så att det lack jag var mest sugen på blir kvar till bland de sista. Undrar varför det blir så jämt?

Nåja, Give Me Space var alltså ett av lacken som intresserade mig mest när kollektionen släpptes, och det gjorde mig inte besviken. En härlig blå jellybas med mjukt holografiskt skimmer i. Det bildar inga regnbågar, men det syns att det inte är ett vanligt silverskimmer och ger fint djup. Påminner en hel del om en annan favorit hos mig, Dream från Zoya, fast med mer finfördelat och diskret skimmer. Två lager gav fin täckning. Upplevde dock att det chippade snabbt, men är osäker på om det beror på lacket eller andra omständigheter. Tummen upp för detta!

Today I'm joining Blue Monday with a polish that's actually on my nails right now. I'm almost done with testing all the polishes I purchased from the OPI Starlight collection, and as usual the ones I look forward to the most when placing the order end up being the ones I try on last... Wonder why that always happens?

Anyway, Give Me Space was one of the polishes I was most excited about, and it did not disappoint. It's a lovely blue jelly base filled with soft holographic shimmer. You don't get full-on rainbows on your nails with this one, but you can definitely tell that it's not just a plain silver shimmer and it gives a lot of depth to this polish. It reminds me of Dream from Zoya, another favourite of mine, but the shimmer is more subtle in Give Me Space. Two coats covered nicely. I did experience some chipping pretty quickly, but I'm not sure if it's because of the quality of the polish or if it's the general condition of my nails right now. I give this one a thumbs up!

Depend - O2 462

Hallå, hoppas ni haft en bra start på veckan! Jag har blivit superförkyld och känner mig riktigt risig, får se om jag orkar jobba imorgon för det var väldigt kämpigt idag. Nåja, lite lack ska vi visa ändå, det är ju ändå Blå Måndag! Nr 462 från Depends O2-serie släpptes i höstas och är en väldigt trevlig mörkblå creme. Lättmålad och täcker fint på ett lager, jag tog dock två av ren vana. Tråkigt nog så bubblade det sig en del, men det syntes inte så mycket efter att jag lagt på topplack. Det känns som att detta skulle vara en fin bas för nail art! Visar det nedan i lite olika ljus, den bästa färgåtergivningen är nog i sista bilden.

Hi, hope you've had a good start of the week! I've caught a bad cold and I'm feeling pretty low today, we'll see if I can go to work tomorrow or not, today was pretty rough on me. Oh well, let's talk about polish instead, it is Blue Monday after all! This is number 462 from Depend's O2 series, released with the fall collection of 2015. It's a lovely dark blue creme. Pretty good formula, it is easy to use and it covers in a single coat - I used two out of habit. Sadly it did bubble a little, but it was not very visible after I applied some top coat. I think this one would be a good base for nail art! Here I'm showing it in different lights, I think the last photo is the most color accurate.

China Glaze - Sleeping Under the Stars

Blå Måndag har börjat igen efter att ha stått på standby ett tag, kul! Ett av få blå lack jag hade i arkivet är ett höstlack från China Glaze, Sleeping Under the Stars, som jag tyvärr blev lite besviken på. Jag tyckte lacket såg ut att ha stor potential i flaskan - härlig, lite dammig midnattsblå med glödande rött skimmer - men på naglarna så försvann skimret i princip helt och hållet.

Det torkade det lite matt och tråkigt också, så överlack är ett måste. Välj ett överlack som inte totalt torkat ihop som mitt hade gjort dock, det blev bubbelbonanza på mina naglar som ni ser... Det får pluspoäng för att det är en one-coater, väldigt pigmenterat och formulan var bra i övrigt. Men ja, det kändes rätt platt och trist på mina naglar om jag ska vara ärlig. Kika in hos Emelie så får ni säkert se roligare blå lack där!

Blue Monday has started again after a little break! One of the few blue polishes I had in my archive was Sleeping Under The Stars from the China Glaze fall collection, The Great Outdoors. I thought it had a lot of potential in the bottle - dark, slightly dusty midnight blue with a glowing red shimmer - but the shimmer doesn't show at all once it's on the nails. It dried a little dull as well, so top coat is a must. Don't use an old, super thick bottle of top coat like I did though, bubble bonanza on my nails as you can see...

The polish does get some points for being a one-coater with an otherwise good formula, but it does fall a bit flat on the nail. Head over to Emelie's blog and you might see some more interesting blue polishes today!

Purrfect Pawlish - Horla

Men hjälp vilka dåliga bilder jag lyckats få till på detta lack, inte en enda som var ordentligt skarp. Nåväl, tråkigt men det får gå ändå. Dagens bidrag till Blå Måndag är i alla fall Horla från Purrfect Pawlish, ett av lacken ur Classic Horror Trio-kollektionen. Svärtad bas med metalliskt blått skimmer och prismatiska microglitter. Rätt fint, inte så mörkt att det ser svart ut vilket jag gillar, och microglittren lyfter det ytterligare. Två lättmålade lager. Inte min favorit i trion, men en trevlig blå!

Oh dear, the photos I took of this polish turned out really awful and blurry. Oh well, it'll have to do. My contribution to Blue Monday is Horla from Purrfect Pawlish, one of the polishes from the Classic Horror Trio released earlier this fall. It's a blackened base with blue metallic shimmer and prismatic micro glitter. It's pretty, not so dark that it looks black which I like, and the glitters really help bring the polish to life. Two easy coats. It's not the polish that I like the most from the trio, but it's a nice blue!

Gina Tricot - Blue Space

Hej på er! Som ni märker får bloggen stå tillbaka lite just nu, jag känner att jag inte har tid/ork att blogga så mycket som jag brukar men jag kanske kommer in i rytmen igen framöver. Nåväl. Måndag idag, hoppas ni har haft en bra dag än så länge. Jag hade ju faktiskt ett blått lack i arkivet så det känns ju lämpligt att delta på Blå Måndag med. Det här är mitt första och enda från Gina Tricot faktiskt, Blue Space heter det och är en blå jelly med svarta och vita matta hexglitter i olika storlekar. Rätt läckert tycker jag! Hade lite problem med att glittren inte riktigt ville släppa penseln vid applicering så fick böka lite med det, men det blev rätt bra i slutändan ändå. Här har jag tre lager, det funkar med två också men tre gav en djupare färg. Då det är en jelly så finns ju viss skirhet kvar ändå men jag gillar att det ser lite squishy ut, det får ett fint djup också. Kika in hos Emelie för mera blått idag!

Hi! As you may notice, the blog isn't my highest priority right now and I feel that I do not have the time or energy to blog as often as I usually do, but maybe I'll get back into the rythm soon. Oh well. Hope you have had a lovely Monday so far! I did have a blue polish in my archive so it felt appropriate to show it today for Blue Monday. This is my first and only polish from Gina Tricot, it's called Blue Space and it's a blue jelly with different sizes of black and white matte hex glitter. It looks pretty nice I think! I had some issues with the glitters not wanting to come off the brush while painting it on, but the end result is pretty nice nevertheless. Three coats here, two could also work but I got a deeper colour this way. Since it's a jelly it's not fully opaque but I don't mind this squishy look, it has a nice depth to it as well. IsaDora - Regatta

Ett sent Blå Måndag-inlägg här innan det är sovdags. Regatta från IsaDora kom i somras med kollektionen Blue Breeze och är ett härligt djupblått jellylack med fin glans och bra egenskaper. Lättmålat och torkade rätt snabbt. Jag valde att ta två lager, då var det inte supertäckande i starkare ljus men jag måste säga att jag upplever det som mycket skirare på bild än i verkligheten, men ja lite VNL blev det ju förstås. Här visar jag det utan överlack.

A late post for Blue Monday before bed. Today I'm showing you Regatta from IsaDora, which was released with the Blue Breeze collection this summer. It's a very pretty deep blue jelly which was easy to use, and it dried rather quickly with a nice shine to it. I used two coats here, and as you can see it's not very opaque. I did feel that it looked more sheer in the photos than in real life though, but there was some VNL of course. Here I'm showing it without top coat.

China Glaze - Let's Dew It

Hej på er! Känner mig inte helt kry idag så det blir ett kort inlägg. Idag visar jag Let's Dew It från China Glazes höstkollektion The Great Outdoors. Det består (tror jag) av gråblå små hexglitter och mikroglitter som skiftar mellan rosa och blått, allt i en klar bas. Mycket bra täthet och spridning på glittret, vad ni ser här på mina bilder är ett lager ovanpå Orly - On The Edge som jag visade för ett tag sedan. Det här får bli mitt bidrag till Blå Måndag, kika in hos Emelie för mera blått! Hon visar ett annat lack från samma kollektion som jag inte själv hunnit testa, jättefint :)

Hi! Not feeling great today so this will be a short post. Today I'm showing you Let's Dew It from China Glaze's fall collection The Great Outdoors. This polish consists (I think) of silvery/grayish blue hex glitters and microglitters that shift from blue to pink, suspended in a clear base. The glitter is rather dense and it spreads easily on the nail, what you see here is one coat over Orly - On The Edge which I showed you a while back. This is my contribution to Blue Monday, visit Emelie for more blue nails today! She shows another polish from the same collection which I haven't had the time to try out yet, it looks really pretty!

Glam Polish - Bad Hair Day

Idag blir det lite långt inlägg, då jag tänkte visa er ett lack som inte bara är galet fint, det är också för en god sak. Bad Hair Day från Glam Polish släpptes tidigare denna månad som ett limited edition-lack för att uppmärksamma sjukdomen Alopecia Areata, och då jag själv har denna sjukdom så låg det såklart mig nära om hjärtat. Alopecia är en autoimmun sjukdom där kroppens immunsystem låter hårsäckarna gå in i vilostadiet, och håret faller av. Det går så vitt jag vet inte att bota, och man vet inte riktigt varför vissa drabbas.

Jag fick alopecia när jag var 16 år, en dag så hade håret bara ramlat av i en stor fläck på bakhuvudet. Nu efter några år så har det vuxit tillbaka hår runt om fläcken så den har blivit lite mindre, men den finns fortfarande kvar. På mig syns det kala nästan inte alls när det andra håret hänger i vägen som tur är, och nuförtiden tänker jag knappt på att fläcken finns där, men risken finns ju att håret faller av igen på något annat ställe och då får jag kanske överväga att använda peruk. Den här sjukdomen gör inte ont eller så, det är egentligen "bara" utseendet som drabbas, men jag förstår hur jobbigt det måste vara för dem som tappar håret i större och mer synliga fläckar än jag, eller på hela huvudet/kroppen.

Lacket då? Ja det är verkligen vackert. Det är en supersnygg marinblå färg med spridd holoeffekt samt holografiska microglitter i mörkblått, mellanblått och silver. Helt magiskt i solen eller i starkare ljus. Två enkla lager för full täckning. Lite knöligt blev det, jämnade ut sig rätt bra med ett lager överlack men hade nog behövt ett lager till dagen efter. Det här är mitt första lack från Glam och jag är inte besviken. Så, förlåt om jag uppehållit er med flera mil med text, kompenserar med bildspam också och tänk er ungefär 100x mer holosprak i verkligheten :) Och kika in hos Emelie, det är ju Blå Måndag idag!

It will be a rather long post today, as I'm showing you a polish which is both super pretty and made for a good cause. Bad Hair Day from Glam Polish was released earlier this month as a limited edition shade to raise awareness and funds for Alopecia Areata, and since I suffer from this condition myself, I really wanted to get this polish. Alopecia is an autoimmune disease in which people lose their hair from some or all areas of the body, usually the scalp. There is no known cure, and it is unclear why some people are affected and why some are not.

I found out that I had Alopecia when I was 16, one day some of my hair had just fallen off, creating a big bald patch on the back of my head. Now, after a few years, some of the hair has grown back around it so the patch is smaller, but it's still there. It's not very visible on me since I can cover it with my healthy hair, but there is a risk that the hair loss will occur in other places on my scalp, and then I might have to consider using a wig instead. Alopecia does not hurt, it "only" affects your looks, but I understand how tough it must be for those who lose more hair than me, or all the hair on their scalps and bodies.

So what's the polish like? It's really beautiful! A lovely marine blue with scattered holo plus navy blue, medium blue and silver holographic glitters. It's pure magic in the sun or in stronger lighting. Two easy coats for full coverage. Not super smooth, it was okay after one coat of top coat, but I should probably have added another the day after. It's my first polish from this brand and I was not disappointed! So, I'm sorry for this wall of text, I compensate it with a wall of photos too haha. But buy it if you can, it's so much sparklier in real life :) And take a look at Emelie's blog, it's Blue Monday today after all!

Orly - On The Edge

Ny vecka och måndagen är blå som sig bör. Och jag visar mera Orly, det här är On The Edge från sommarkollektionen Adrenaline Rush. Det är ett indigoblått cremelack med en del dragning åt lila, eller "blurple" om man så vill. När jag fotade det såg det enbart klarblått ut så jag har färgkorrigerat mina bilder en aning, sjukt svårfångad färg faktiskt. Nå, den lite lila tonen till trots så tycker jag ändå det känns mer blått, jag hoppas Emelie godkänner :) Formulan var väldigt bra, lättjobbad och självutjämnande. 2 enkla lager, torkar en aning matt så överlack är att föredra. Jag blev väldigt förtjust i detta! Kika in hos Emelie för fler blåa lack denna Blå Måndag!

A new week and Monday means blue polish. This is On The Edge from Orly's summer collection Adrenaline Rush. It's an indigo creme which leans towards purple, or a "blurple" colour if you prefer to call it that. In my photos it just looked plain blue, so I tried to colour correct them a bit but I'm not sure if I succeeded. Despite the purple tone, I think this polish overall looks blue, and I hope it's acceptable for Blue Monday :) It was a dream to work with, self-leveling and covers in two easy coats. It dried a little dull though, but top coat made it nice and shiny. Go check out Emelie's blog for more blue polishes (and perhaps some makeup) today!

H&M - Nocturne

Blå Måndag hos Emelie idag och jag har äntligen något blått att visa så jag kan vara med! H&M har ju uppdaterat sitt skönhetssortiment och jag var och fingrade lite på det för ett par veckor sedan. Några läpprodukter och ett gäng lack fick följa med hem, och ett av lacken var detta, det underbara lacket Nocturne som verkar ha fått mången bloggare på fall. Och hur kan man inte gilla detta?

Fantastiskt snygg mörkblå jelly med grovt skimmer (eller glitter?) i blått, turkost och guld. När jag började måla på det på naglarna så hör jag mig själv säga "Mums!" högt, så mycket gillade jag det. Mycket pigmenterat också, det går att klara sig på ett flödigt lager men två ger en lite mörkare färg och mera djup. Glansigt och ganska snabbtorkat även utan överlack. Enda klagomålet är penseln som var en liten gnutta för mjuk och sladdrig för min smak, men är lacken såhär fina så gör det ingenting! Tyvärr är det mulet och trist ute och jag har inga bra inomhuslampor att fota i, så det ser inte alls lika roligt ut på mina bilder som det gör i verkligheten. Har beställt ett ljustält och lite lampor så jag hoppas på att få ordning på det snart. Men har ni vägarna förbi H&M så spring in och kika!

It's Blue Monday over at Makeup by Blowfish and I finally have something blue to show you so I can join in! H&M has recently updated their beauty section and I rushed over there to take a look a couple of weeks ago. Some lip products and four polishes came home with me, one of them was this one, the gorgeous Nocturne which seems to have been well liked by many bloggers. And how can you not like this?

It's a lovely dark blue jelly with coarse shimmer (or glitter?) in blue, turquoise and gold. When I started to apply this to my nails I heard myself say "Yum!" out loud, I liked it that much. It's very pigmented too, you can get away with one thick coat but two coats gives it a darker colour and more depth. It dried rather fast and shiny even without top coat. My only complaint is that the brush was a little too soft for my taste, but I can live with that if the polishes are this pretty! Unfortunately it's a bit overcast today and I don't have a good light option indoors either, so you'll have to believe me when I say it's so much prettier in real life than what I managed to capture in photos. I've ordered a light box and some lamps so I hope to get that in order soon!

Nautical nailart

Hej! Hoppas ni haft en bra helg! Jag har varit ett par korta svängar på Hamnfestivalen som var under helgen här, fick besök av några vänner, och på lördagen jobbade jag på ett stort evenemang som mitt sommarjobb höll i. De verkar inom sjöfart, och på grund av det och ovan nämnda hamnfestival så ville jag fixa naglarna i lite marint tema.

Mina naglar är ju inte riktigt bra än så det här är lösnaglar, jag köpte sådana där som man bara trycker dit (utan lim) från imPRESS, och målade på dem istället för mina egna. Funkade bra. Blev så stressigt med jobb och allt så jag hann inte ta särskilt vettiga bilder, ni som följer mig på Instagram fick en sneak peek i fredags men denna bild blev inte desto bättre, snabbt fotad med mobilkameran. Nåja. Lacken jag använt är, förutom vitt cremelack, röda China Glaze Hey Sailor (passande nog), blå Max Factor Royal Blue och OPI Goldeneye. Även guldfärgad striping tape, raka vinylmallar till ränderna, och ett gäng vattendekaler som jag haft i min ägo i hundra år. Tyvärr smetades dekalen på tummen ut när jag lade på topplack, men det syntes inte så mycket om man inte detaljstuderade det hela. Inte helt perfekt, men väl passande för temat och jag trivdes rätt bra i det!

Hi, hope you've had a nice weekend! I spent some time at the port festival here, and on Saturday I was working at a large event held by the company I'm working for this summer. They operate in the maritime shipping sector, so because of that and the port festival I wanted a nautical theme for my nails.

My nails are still not completely healed, so these are actually press-on fake nails from imPRESS which I painted this pattern on. I didn't have much time to take any photos this weekend, you who follow me on Instagram have probably already seen a sneak peek of these on Friday, and this photo isn't really that much better as I just snapped it real quick with my phone when I found the time. Oh well. Aside from the white creme base, the polishes I used are China Glaze Hey Sailor (how fitting!) Max Factor Royal Blue and OPI Goldeneye. Also golden striping tape, straight nail vinyls for the stripes, and a few water decals that have been in my drawer for ages. Unfortunately the decal on my thumb smeared a little when I applied top coat, but it wasn't that visible unless I was looking closely. Not perfect, but fitting the theme and I enjoyed wearing it!
